Your responsibilities
In your role as Corporate Controller (m/f/d), you will play an active part in the financial management of our group. In this role, you will support management with in-depth analyses, transparent reporting, and reliable decision-making data. You will work closely with our international subsidiaries as well as the Finance and Accounting departments.
- Contributing to the preparation, analysis, and further development of monthly management reporting at the group level
- Supporting planning, budgeting, and forecasting for business units
Conducting target/actual comparisons, variance analyses, and ad-hoc
evaluations - Supporting the preparation of profitability analyses and decision-making bases
Collaborating on the further development and standardization of controlling processes, reporting structures, and KPIs in an international environment - Close collaboration with subsidiaries as well as the Finance, Accounting, and other functional departments
- Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements from a controlling perspective
- Maintenance, preparation, and quality assurance of relevant financial and management data
- Collaboration on projects in the areas of finance, performance management, and process optimization
Your qualifications
- A degree in economics (e.g., business administration, economics) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling or as a finance business partner, ideally at an international industrial company
- In-depth knowledge of planning and forecasting, as well as profitability and margin analysis
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong aptitude for working with numbers
- Strong business partner mindset with the ability to present complex issues in a way that is tailored to the audience and to communicate them persuasively
- Good German and very good English skills
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus
