Starting immediately, Full-time with 40 hours peer week

Your responsibilities

  • Technical handling of complex accounting and valuation issues under IFRS
  • Analysis and implementation of new IFRS standards, as well as ensuring their group-wide application
  • Active participation in the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS
  • Preparation and analysis of notes to the financial statements and reporting packages
  • Point of contact for subsidiaries on all IFRS-related matters
  • Contributing to the further development and standardization of accounting policies and processes
  • Supporting group-wide projects (e.g., M&A, post-merger integration, system implementations)
  • Helping to design efficient financial reporting and closing processes

Your qualifications

  • Completed degree in business administration, economics, or comparable qualification
  • Extensive professional experience, ideally approx. 5 years, in a comparable position, ideally in an international production environment or in auditing
  • Excellent, practice-proven knowledge of IFRS; knowledge of HGB is a plus
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and, ideally, experience using reporting or consolidation tools
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Analytical and structured approach to work, as well as a strong affinity for numbers
  • Strong communication skills and a confident appearance in an international environment
  • Business fluent written and spoken German and English
