Starting immediately / For internships: full-time (40 hours per week), fixed-term contract for 3–6 months / For working students: part-time (20 hours per week), fixed-term contract for 12 months – with the option to extend in both cases

Your responsibilities
You will assist us in advising our colleagues working both domestically and internationally on the topic of “Internal Control Systems (ICS)”:
- Supporting the definition, communication, and training of globally applicable standards for the internal control system in commercial business processes
- You will gain insight into consulting projects ranging from the design and implementation of internal control systems (ICS) at the strategic and operational levels to the analysis and optimization of process and control procedures, as well as the implementation of technical ICS solutions
- You will support us in ensuring the efficient operation of the company-wide internal control system with regard to documentation and testing
- You will actively participate in the design of the ICS management system and in the development of recommendations for further improving the system
- You will handle administrative tasks within our ICS software
Your qualifications
Enrolled in a degree program in economics, business informatics, business engineering, or a comparable field. Ideally, you are in your third semester or further along in your studies.
- Ideally, initial experience in the areas of finance, controlling, or internal control systems
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- A dedicated individual who excels in teamwork, communication, and initiative
- Very good IT user skills (MS Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fluency in German and English
