Your Responsibilities

Your Mission as Key Account Manager - Machine Vision and Advanced Technologies - EMEA

Are you eager to spearhead the growth and strategic direction of global key accounts within an innovative technology company? As one of our Key Account Managers in the EMEA region, you are pivotal in nurturing long-term, sustainable revenue growth and actively contributing to our new Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Global Key Account Management: Oversee and expand relationships with strategic global accounts by delivering bespoke solutions that address their unique challenges and needs. Your goal is to fortify our presence and influence within the industry, ensuring we become an indispensable partner.
  • Strategic Sales Development: Shape and refine our global key account strategy to strengthen durable customer relationships and boost sustainable revenue growth. You will craft and execute sales tactics that not only focus on immediate gains but also position us as market leaders in the long term.
  • Innovative Solutions Advocacy: Act as a bridge between our clients and our technical teams to ensure that client requirements are seamlessly integrated into our product development. This includes leveraging cutting-edge machine vision technologies to deliver added value through solutions that are both innovative and practical.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, technical teams, and marketing to align on customer needs, ensuring comprehensive support and satisfaction through every phase of the client journey.

Your qualifications 

  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Senior-level experience in key account management or business development is required, with a background in machine vision preferred but not essential. Candidates may also qualify with expertise in related sectors such as automation technology, aerospace, industrial, or electronic manufacturing, or comparable fields. Proven track record in strategic account leadership, swift adaptation to new structures, and refining business concepts to drive enhanced revenue growth.
  • Technical Skills: You are proficient in modern technologies such as AI, LLM tools, and are adept at prompt engineering. You can discuss complex technical content clearly and effectively.
  • Personal Qualities: With a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach, you excel in relationship management and networking. Your strong communication skills enable you to negotiate and influence at all organizational levels, and your adaptability allows you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is essential, with additional languages being an advantage.
