Your responsibilities
Operational project purchasing ensures the reliable and timely delivery of all materials and services required for project implementation. You will combine operational procurement with active material planning to coordinate delivery dates with project milestones and technical requirements. By working closely with internal departments and external suppliers, you will contribute to the success of the project in terms of cost, quality and time.
This includes the following tasks:
- Demand planning and material requirements planning
- Order processing and supplier communication
- Delivery tracking and bottleneck management
- Inventory and warehouse optimisation
- Master data and S4/HANA maintenance
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication
Your qualifications
- Education: You have commercial training and/or a university degree.
- ERP systems: Sound knowledge, ideally in S/4 Hana.
- Professional experience: Experience in operational purchasing.
- Strong communication skills: Enjoy working in an agile environment with internal and external partners.
- The following personal qualities apply to you: Open-mindedness, stress resistance, friendly demeanour, strong team spirit, pragmatic and solution-oriented.
- You have an interest in technology, are motivated to familiarise yourself with new topics and are a quick learner.
- Language skills: Business fluent German and good English skills round off your profile.
