Starting immediately, Full-time with 40 hours peer week

Your responsibilities

  • Independent planning, management, control and implementation of order processing 
  • Supporting the sales activities of individual sales representatives and interface management 
  • Efficient deadline tracking and taking on general administrative tasks 
  • Carrying out order-related customer correspondence and building and maintaining positive, professional customer relationships worldwide 
  • Processing customer complaints, assisting in the development of problem solutions and statements and working closely with other specialist departments 
  • Support at internal sales events and, if requested, at trade fairs within Europe 

Your qualifications 

  • Whether with commercial training, a degree or as a career changer: your practical knowledge and organizational skills are crucial  
  • You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience - ideally in a commercial or process-oriented environment  
  • You have a good understanding of operational processes and enjoy working with different departments/interfaces 
  • You have good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a must 
  • You work independently, are motivated and open to change 
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills and a clear customer focus 
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
