Your responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of the ICS framework
Development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a Group-wide ICS in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. BilMoG, HGB, FISG, ESMA). - Documentation of processes and controls
Ensuring complete, up-to-date and audit-proof documentation of relevant business processes, key controls and responsibilities. - Monitoring and effectiveness testing
Planning and execution of control tests as well as testing the implementation and effectiveness of defined key controls; evaluation and classification of control weaknesses. - Reporting and communication
Preparation of ICS reports for management, the Executive Board and the Audit Committee; communication of identified risks and improvement measures. - Training and awareness-raising
Conducting training to promote understanding of internal controls and supporting the operational implementation of control measures. - Coordination with other functions
Close cooperation with internal audit, risk management, compliance, IT security and external auditors. - Regulatory monitoring
Monitoring of legal developments (e.g. CSRD, ESG) and integration of new requirements into the ICS.
Your qualifications
- Degree in economics, engineering or law or comparable qualification, e.g. commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience
- Sound professional experience, ideally 8-10 years, in a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in connection with ICS
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a high level of process understanding
- Strong communication skills, ability to cooperate across departments
- Persuasiveness, assertiveness and a strategic-conceptual mindset
- Willingness to travel (up to 25% travel activity)
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
