Your Thesis Project:

At Basler, we are committed to driving innovation and excellence in financial analysis. We are looking for a motivated Bachelor’s or Master’s student to conduct a comparative study as part of their thesis. This is a great opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world business environment, gain practical insights, and contribute to a meaningful project.
 
  • Conduct a comparative study on a finance-related topic (specific focus to be defined together)
  • Analyze data, evaluate financial models, and draw insights for business decision-making
     
  • Use Excel and other financial tools to structure and visualize findings
  • Present results and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with our Finance team and receive professional guidance

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s (final year) or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering with a finance-related focus
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and problem-solve
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
  • Ability to structure and present findings in a clear and professional manner
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to take on responsibility
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
