Your responsibilities
- Personal responsibility for managing and developing the Treasury division as a central staff function within the Group
- Managing Group-wide liquidity planning and ensuring short- and medium-term solvency
- Active cash management, including processing payment transactions and maintaining relationships with banks
- Developing and refining treasury reporting for management and relevant internal stakeholders
- Analyzing and managing financial risks, particularly currency, interest rate, and liquidity risks
- Operational handling of treasury-related matters in day-to-day business, such as guarantees, financing, and intercompany financing
- Point of contact for banks, financing partners, auditors, and internal departments such as Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Legal, and international subsidiaries
- Active participation in projects, such as system implementations, process standardization, M&A activities, or the further development of group-wide financial guidelines
Your qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a comparable qualification
- Substantial professional experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial management, ideally in an international corporate environment
- Knowledge of capital market-oriented corporate structures is a plus
- Proficiency in using ERP, treasury, or banking systems
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- A hands-on approach and a passion for independently driving strategic and operational initiatives
- A high degree of initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to confidently manage a department without a dedicated team
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
