Your responsibilities
- Operational execution of all logistics processes in the warehouse, with a focus on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Proficient and compliant use of SAP EWM.
- Active participation in ensuring adherence to process, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Identifying, reporting, and documenting process deviations, system errors, and malfunctions.
- Supporting the continuous optimization of logistics processes.
- Participating in testing, implementations, and adjustments, e.g., of new processes, scanners, user interfaces, or packing logic.
- Applying standardized improvement methods such as Lean and 5S in your own work area.
- Working closely with the Purchasing, Shipping, and Material Flow Control departments.
Your qualifications
- Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or warehouse clerk (m/f/d).
- Good knowledge of SAP EWM.
- Solid professional experience in logistics, ideally three years or more.
- Experience operating warehouse trucks.
- Proficiency in using modern technologies and equipment in a warehouse environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Ability to work well in a team—you collaborate professionally with various stakeholders.
- High flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing requirements and conditions in a warehouse environment.
- Fluency in German and good written and spoken English skills.
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts).
