Your responsibilities
- You will ensure that delivered goods are received at the unloading area, transported, and properly stored.
- You will pick materials for our camera assembly, SISO, job shop, and camera system manufacturing departments and ensure they are supplied on time.
- You will restock warehouse shelves, put away excess inventory, and thus help ensure that materials are available at all times.
- You will process existing picking orders as needed and to a high standard of quality.
- You supply the camera assembly department with the necessary materials and store picked goods accordingly.
- You prepare materials for production in accordance with applicable ESD and cleaning guidelines and carry out any necessary repackaging processes.
- You prepare returnable packaging for shipping and support a smooth flow of materials throughout the supply chain.
- In the SAP S/4HANA system, you will perform various postings — such as goods-out postings and transfer postings — and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to maintaining quality standards and to the continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.
Your qualifications
- Completed training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist or Warehouse Technician (m/f/d).
- Good knowledge of SAP EWM – S/4 HANA.
- Substantial professional experience in logistics, ideally three years or more.
- Experience operating industrial trucks.
- Proficiency in using modern technologies and equipment in a warehouse environment.
- Good knowledge of occupational safety as well as basic knowledge of MS Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Ability to work well in a team—you collaborate professionally with various stakeholders.
- High flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing requirements and conditions in a warehouse environment.
- Fluency in German and good written and spoken English skills.
- Willingness to work long-term on the late shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
