Starting immediately, part-time (20 hours per week), fixed-term contract for 12 months—with the option to extend

Your responsibilities

  • You will assist with a wide range of tasks in financial reporting as well as in day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting.
  • You will support the team in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
  • You will carefully prepare documents and reports for audits.
  • You will be involved in ongoing projects and will increasingly take on clearly defined tasks independently.
  • In doing so, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, apply your knowledge in practice, and further develop your professional skills.
  • You’ll work closely with various departments, such as Controlling, Legal, the SAP team, Sales, and Purchasing, thereby gaining an understanding of cross-functional processes and interrelationships.

Your qualifications 

  • You are currently in at least your third semester of a degree program in business administration, engineering, or a related field. If you are still in the early stages of your studies, you ideally have already gained knowledge of accounting, for example through a business apprenticeship.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • You are interested in topics related to accounting, financial statement preparation, and tax law, and would like to supplement your theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
  • Excellent German and English skills round out your profile.
