Your Tasks

At Basler, we are passionate about driving financial excellence and supporting business decisions with data-driven insights. As a working student in our Finance department, you will gain hands-on experience in the areas of financial analysis, reporting, strategic and operational planning. This is a great opportunity to hone your skills and work on real projects.  
  • Preparation of market studies 
  • Support with financial analysis, controlling and reporting 
  • Preparation of presentations and key financial information for internal stakeholders 
  • Work with SAP S/4Hana, Excel, Power BI and other Microsoft Office tools to analyse data and support decision making 
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial processes 
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to real-world financial challenges 

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program
  • Preferred fields of study: Business administration, economics or engineering with a strong interest in finance 
  • Good Excel skills and experience in creating professional presentations 
  • Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-orientated approach 
  • Team player with excellent communication skills 
  • Fluent in German and English
