Starting immediately, part-time with 20 hours per week, fixed-term for 12 months – with option to extend

Your responsibilities
You will support our facility management team in a wide range of tasks relating to buildings, infrastructure, and sustainability. You will take on responsibility in the following areas:

Administrative and organizational tasks

Appointment and calendar management with tradespeople, service providers, and internal contacts

Digitization and filing of construction plans, maintenance logs, invoices, and quotes
Creation of presentations for internal meetings, construction projects, and sustainability reports -
Support with quote comparisons and tabular evaluations

- Practical support for construction projects

- Documentation of construction sites, including photos and checklists
- Preparation of building inspections and defect lists
- Checking markings and attaching small signs
- Communication & interface work
- Recording and system maintenance of fault reports
- Coordination with service providers and status reports
- Project support
- Participation in sustainability and waste disposal concepts
- Data maintenance in CAFM or Excel systems
- Occupational safety
- Support with issues relating to occupational safety and documentation
- Location development in Mannheim
- Participation in the search for a new building, including strategy development, analysis, and presentation
Your qualifications

You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in facility management, architecture, or civil engineering and are at an advanced stage of your studies (at least 3rd semester).

Alternatively, you have completed commercial training and are at the beginning of your studies.

You are interested in writing your thesis at Basler – we will be happy to support you.

You work conscientiously, independently, and in a structured manner, take responsibility, and have a high affinity for IT.

You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tasks and topics.

You communicate proactively and are good at grasping complex relationships.
Initial practical experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite. -
Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
